THE FIRST RENAISSANCE
​

     The first renaissance began in Florance Italy and spanned roughly the 14th-16th centuries. It was a time of great transformation that expanded consciousness and brought humankind out of the Middle Ages and the lingering Medieval Age. The Renaissance contained many innovations and expansions of science, as well as architecture, theater, entertainment, visual art, philosophy, and much more. It expanded new ways of thinking that challenged old systems of suppression and control. It brought a new vitality that spread through and changed the world with a flourishing of culture and art that provided new sustainability for many.

     There were many factors that played their parts in creating this great time period, but it was the tools that allowed it. The new technologies like the printing press, the greater social interactions through increased trade routes, and a new understanding of humanism had fueled the very Renaissance into manifestation that brought so much vitality and prosperity. History is now repeating with new tools and technologies.


THE PREQUEL TO THE NEW RENAISSANCE

     The prequel to this New Renaissance started within the 60s art and culture movements. Much like the Flourishing of Florance, the Flower Power of the sixties brought about a similar movement of creativity, love, and expansion of consciousness that was flowering way back in the Italian Renaissance.

     The sixties “Flower Power” movement overlapped with the Civil Rights Movements within a time of great expression and creativity that spread around the world. While the new “medicines” played their part, so did the recent technologies such as the television and radio that spread the news of war like oppressions both home and abroad. Technologies spread the news of the unifying counter-culture against it. The intensity of the transformation literally changed the way the world looked and acted. The sixties was the birthing of a new renaissance.

     Unfortunately it fizzled out though for several reasons. Part of it was because the technological platforms were inaccessible to most, unlike the modern day social media that is like a new printing press in digital form. Another reason for the fizzle out is that in order to activate a new freedom that allowed heightened creativity, many had escaped the confines of structure and systems often abandoning all structure completely. And while escaping corrupt systems served the freedom that spanned creativity, life without the structure isn’t sustainable. A great example of this was in San Francisco at the height of the movement. Mostly interactions with governance was lax and supportive. After a mass migration of homeless and runaway youth to the mecca of San Francisco, the utopian dream became challenged, as it was unsustainable to supporting these people. Crime began to grow with the hardships created and the governance became stern cracking down on the expansive freedom. For a brief span of time though before the lack of sustainability caught up, the dream of the utopian future was common place uniting many to come together. Now in our modern times, we need to return to these common visions of a better world and reignite the beliefs and certitude that it is indeed possible. In learning from history's mistakes, we are to now integrate in the sustainability that was neglected back then. This will allow us to keep cultivating the growing movement energy toward reaching our destination for an equal and bountiful future..


​THE PRESENT DAY RISING RENAISSANCE
​

     The 80s, in a way, was the mark of the last recognizable decade with the uniqueness of mainstream fashion and music. It is as if it is a trail off of the blossoming 60s the passed through 70s. The transition out of this left over rising renaissance energy in the 80s began a great technological revolution of its own via the business angle, albeit it was far less colorful and filled with joy. This technological blossoming of the Silicon Boom acted as a set up for the New Renaissance about to rise. The birth of the "digital press" is as equally revolutionary as the birth of the printing press that helped launch the first renaissance.

     After 2020's great initiation of the pandemic, a societal push for the expansion of empathy and new change began to blossom. Recently we’ve had new movements surfacing regarding civil rights that resembles the numbers of movements seen 50-60 years ago. With the technology and use of digital tools, such as phone cameras and the internet, our societies in many countries are uniting together in resistance of the old ways. Just as with the first Renaissance that was sparked expanded humanism, greater social interaction, and technological advancement, we have all the ingredients for a New Renaissance. It’s inevitable and unfolding.

     What makes this time different from the 60s' peace and art movements and Civil Rights Movement is that this time we will also include the business angle that will provide the needed sustainability that will keep it from fizzling out. For this though, we will need to revolutionize our perception on the way business is to be done introducing new models for equality and compassion based enterprises rooted in sustainability that will naturally dry up the old models of inequality and greed. It will be a mass migration out of broken realities into the realities of the future most all of us would prefer.


​THE NEW BUSINESS MODELS

     It is no secret that we are all playing a game that festers greed and hoarding, which leaves so many in desperation and depravity. The inequality of this is based on bad math and a misaligned value systems. The virtues within us stopped being the value system long ago only to be replaced by numbers and objects. But we are the true value and are virtues are the true value standard.

     A key New Renaissance Business Model is one intended to balance out THE TRIAD of BUSINESS, SOCIAL, and CREATIVE-INNOVATIVE. The true architecture of sustainability forms an equilateral triangle where each of the three are in equal proportion with a balance of community, creativity, and business. Technology is at the center binding all three together.

     In the old/ present model, the business angle often controls most of the 180 triangle degrees, while minimizing social exchanges and the individuals' creative expressions. In an empathy balanced “Equilateral Business Model”, there’s a harmony of the angles with a focus on fair wealth distribution that can raise up struggling and hurting communities. The only way to launch a New Renaissance is to utilize new enterprise models that allow for sustainability, while also increasing social interaction and empathy within, as well as increasing participatory creativity within the business. Social, creative, and business were key ingredients within the first Renaissance and will be vital within a new one. These three pieces are naturally already within enterprises. You have communities that cultivate the innovations, products, and or services. You have the business side that keeps the organization and flow to the cultivating community. But when the business angle dominates too much over the enterprise/ business it suppresses the community and individuals to minimize their energy. It creates an obtuse triangle that generates hardship. But when all sides are treated as equal contributors within the strength of the equilateral business model you create literal and metaphoric support for the participating work community the uplifts them. The return is that they become more motivated, productive, and efficient with a greater aptitude for creative and innovative contributions. What this means is that an enterprise following an equality based model with be far more profitable that a business that has a disgruntled workforce with disconnected community. 

       This model is just one key equality based enterprise structure, but there many kinds of businesses with other models. There many be conflicting opinions on how it should be done, but the most important thing in any of them is to have an intent focus on fairness and equality. After that, the discussion becomes what is the best way to ensure equality amongst participants that is fair to everyone.
       With the theme of choosing the reality you want, there many be many that don't want any kind of new business models. Those that do choose the alternative, however, will prove to be far more profitable than those that choose to not share. When you have fulfilled work communities with harmony and peace between them, not only can they achieve far more working together, but the will bring in their extended networks to help increase the customer base. It isn't rocket science, its just simple logic of how things work. By proving this, greed will have no choice but to accept the more profitable option. In doing so, they will learn compassion and empathy within these new compassion based models. The only way to eliminate greed is make it no longer a profitable option.

The Information Matrix: True Information Architecture for assembling information into geometric form to bringing order to chaos.

The Renaissance Cafe: A new model cafe center the utilizes equality and business with enterprise development.

Renaissance Hubs: For helping to balance out needs and desires of local communities, while uplifting and revitalizing their neighborhoods.

Youth Centers: For underserved and at risk youth to get a multi-intelligent approach to life that allows them to flourish.

Production Company and Talent Agency: For flooding the mainstream with healthy and uplifting events that celebrate the virtues of life.

Renaissance Style Marketing: A sustainable marketing strategy approach that inverts the flow of information to eliminate time and waste.

The list of projects goes on and on. As this is something the world hasn't seen, it's beyond most's imagination to visualize the extent.

The space evolution is set with the intent of continuously elevating the vibrance with a growing saturation of accumulating beauty.
It will continue to evolve and grow and evolve and grow.

The space is utilized for private meetings, photo and video shoots, arts and crafts creating, small stage acts, office and admin, project development, music production, culinary arts, aroma therapy, and holistic therapy.
